• Marketsmith Expands Client Performance Department
    Suzanne Ciamillo and Michele Bavitz have joined Marketsmith’s client performance department. Each will manage a portfolio of agency clients and report to newly named President Rob Bochicchio. Ciamillo and Bavitz come from the client side and agency side, respectively. Ciamillo was previously with AT&T, where she was a director for digital performance in the company's entertainment and mobility services. Bavitz joins from Theorem Inc., where she was engagement manager for digital agencies using Theorem as their backroom for digital analytics.

    Comedy director Brad Lubin has signed on with production company Hey Wonderful for his first stint directing commercials in North America. Lubin’s recent work includes spots for UK on-line real estate agency House Simple (agency: The&Partnership London), and  Burger King (agency: BBH London).

    Milton Lebrón is joining Walton Isaacson as executive creative director, effective immediately. He succeeds Jim DiPiazza, who left the agency last month.     VMLY&R has promoted Rosie McGuire to executive creative director, effective immediately.  As Cincinnati creative lead, McGuire is credited with playing a key role in the creative output at the agency.  Additionally, McGuire, supports creative from VMLY&R’s Detroit and Kalamazoo offices.     Omnicom's DDB is hiring Jon Flannery as executive creative director at DDB Chicago to oversee all creative for Capital One, one of the agency's marquee clients. He will report to John Maxham, Chief Creative Officer, DDB Chicago. Flannery previously held a similar role at FCB Chicago. Earlier in his career, he worked at both the creative and production departments at FCB’s Toronto office.

    The Many (FKA Mistress) has promoted Kylie Wu to brand director to lead the agency's brand team and integrated offering. Adam Wagner has been elevated to associate creative director.
