Tessa Conrad, global director of operations, TBWA\Worldwide has been appointed to the role of head of innovation, TBWA\Asia. She is relocating from New York to Singapore for the new role. The Many is expanding its team with two new faces. Anne Halvorson and John Line have joined as group brand directors to oversee and manage teams servicing clients, including eBay, Bumble Bee Seafoods, BioSteel and Lululemon brands. Halvorson previously worked at Minnesota-based Peterson Milla Hooks (PMH) and prior to PMH she spent 15 years at Wieden+Kennedy. Line departs Seattle-based Copacino Fujikado and earlier in his career served as a group account director at VMLY&R.

Versus is poaching Alasdair Lloyd-Jones from David Yurman to serve as President/Chief Marketing Officer, in a newly created role to help grow the company and improve its service offerings. Based in New York City, Lloyd-Jones will oversee 10 full-time employees with an additional pool of freelance talent.Lloyd-Jones has spent the last 20 years in senior and executive positions for both brands and large creative agencies, including SET Creative and Big Spaceship.

formerly known as the holding company’s Constituency Management Group, has appointed Jean Lee Swagert Chief People Officer. Lee Swagert will report to Andy Polansky, the division’s chairman and CEO and join its executive leadership team. She joins from Weber Shandwick, a PR agency within the Dxtra division where she most recently served as Chief Human Resources Officer for North America. Other Dxtra specialist units include Golin, Octagon, Jack Morton and FutureBrand.

TDA Boulder is hiring Craig McDowell as Media Director. He reports to executive creative director/founder Thomas Dooley and executive creative director/partner Jonathan Schoenberg. McDowell will lead media on TDA clients including Champion Petfoods, FirstBank, McCain Foods, Daiya, Ascent Protein and Nutiva, among others. He succeeds Heather Lee, who will lead media strategy. McDowell joins from Crispin Porter + Bogusky (CPB) where he was also media director.
