    Foote Cone & Belding, Worldwide has named RICH GAGNON worldwide president of FCB Media. Gagnon assumes this position in addition to his current role as director of FCB's media unit in New York. Gagnon will become a member of both FCB's global operating board and the Magna Global media board within Interpublic, of which FCB is an operating unit. Gagnon has been with FCB for nearly 20 years and has directed media efforts on a range of accounts, including Qwest, Nabisco, HP, Citibank and Colgate-Palmolive.

    Avenue A | Razorfish has added COLIN KINSELLA as general manager of the San Francisco and Los Angeles offices, and MARK STEPHENS as general manager of the Chicago office. Most recently, Kinsella led marketing and new business development for QuinStreet, an online marketing services and technology company. Previously, Kinsella was executive vice president and member of the leadership team at Foote Cone & Belding FCB. Stephens joins Avenue A | Razorfish from Carat Interactive in San Francisco where he was vice president, media director/account director. While at Carat, Stephens led the Bank of America account.

In her new role, Healy will be responsible for all marketing communications related to Starmark, Dialog Custom Media, and for OmniPilot Software Inc., Starmark’s subsidiaries.

The group will be responsible for the strategic, creative, and media aspects of all marketing for CBS and UPN, as well as collaborating on marketing at King World, Paramount Television, Infinity Broadcasting, and Viacom Outdoor. To lead this expanded effort, GEORGE SCHWEITZER (pictured) has been promoted to president, CBS Marketing Group.     CHRISTINE CAHILL has joined TechTarget as director of list rentals. Cahill is responsible for managing e-mail and magazine list rental and developing new list rental products. Most recently, she was electronic product manager at International Data Group, where she oversaw all aspects of production. Concurrent with TechTarget’s acquisition of Bitpipe, Bitpipe CEO and co-founder JAY HABEGGER has joined the company as executive vice president, media products. Habegger is responsible for strategic direction and management of TechTarget’s portfolio of online advertising vehicles, including all products under TechTarget’s Bitpipe.com brand.
  • JENNIFER GAVIN: Draft
    JENNIFER GAVIN, interactive account director for Draft Digital, TIMOTHY POUNANOV, director of database development for Data Technology Services, and IRENE TURNBULL, director of direct response data services in Data Technology Services, have all been named vice presidents at Draft. Gavin began her career at Draft in February 2001 as the first interactive member of what would later become Draft Digital Group. Pounanov has worked at Draft New York since 1995 when he was hired as a software developer. Turnbull came to Draft in 1997 as a business analyst.

    DAVID LYLE, most recently president of entertainment for FremantleMedia, has been selected to head up Fox’s upcoming Reality Channel. Previously, Lyle worked at Pearson Television, and before that, was a senior executive at Australia's Nine Network.
