In-house specialist agency Oliver has boosted its global senior leadership with the addition of Richard Stainer, who has been appointed CEO, global clients. George Rogers is leaving WPP to serve as Refinery29's chief development officer. He’s tasked with leading new business strategy and building large-scale client partnerships. He previously served as Chief Revenue Officer at WPP, where he helped to secure global accounts including British Airways, Pfizer, Mazda and Johnson & Johnson, among others. He also helped to build Global Team Blue, WPP’s dedicated Ford agency.

McCann has added two senior creatives to the New York team, and has promoted two current creative directors to senior leadership positions. Executive creative directors Dan Donovan and Wayne Best have been promoted to the role of Deputy Chief Creative Officers. Digital marketing firm New Engen has hired former Amazon executive Ryan Turner as vice president marketing to oversee all marketing and communications programs, including brand and partnership strategies, positioning and messaging, as well as consulting with key enterprise clients. Turner previously served as Amazon’s global head of integrated social media. Earlier he was vice president of global digital engagement at Starbucks.
