“I thought that the only way to really be successful in marketing was to find that one big thing that I was the best at…I think I beat myself up for a long time, and it took me a little bit longer to get to the fact that there is a career path.” Obviously! And that career path led Shana Krisan to becoming CMO at Goldfish Swim School Franchising once she realize that what she does best is strategize and look at the big picture.
