Global marketing services agency Incubeta, which was acquired by investment firm Carlyle late last year, has added digital marketing veteran Jacques van Niekerk to its board.
The company said he would work closely with Incubeta’s Global CEO, Lars Lehne, and the board of directors to help drive the agency’s growth and development.
Van Niekerk is currently Global CEO of Edisen, a content production platform for brands. The firm uses cloud technology and AI to create what it calls “unskippable content.” Sounds like just the kind of company Carlyle might invest in.
