Hero Digital has appointed Kenneth Parks as the customer experience agency's first chief marketing officer following its recent acquisition of digital innovation agency Clock Four.
Parks will help to spearhead Hero Digital’s brand strategy, marketing and sales enablement under CEO David Kilimnik.
Previously Parks spent nine months as CMO at Dentsu Aegis Network where he was responsible for shaping the network’s brand and strategy in the U.S. He left in September.
Before DAN, Parks spent 17 years at Publicis Groupe's Digitas in a variety of senior roles including CMO, managing director and head of client services.
