NEIL BUDDE, the site's Publisher, is departing to pursue other opportunities. Budde joined parent Dow Jones & Co. in 1987 as Associate
Editor of Dow Jones News/Retrieval, now part of the Factiva joint venture with Reuters, and later he led the team that launched The Wall Street Journal Online in 1996.
